    3 C. Dream Fields Low Carb. Rotini
    1/3 C. Cheddar Cheese Powder
    2 oz Velveeta 2%
    2 oz. Country Crock Lite
    1 Tbsp Corn Starch
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper


1) Bring 6 Cups water to a boil add 1/2 tsp of salt then Pasta. Cook for 13 Min. stirring occasionally, drain in a colander then return to pot.
3) While Pasta is cooking add Cheddar Cheese Powder, Country Crock, Corn Starch and Velveeta to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil stirring Constantly till thick,then add to pasta. Stir all together well then add remaining salt and the pepper.

Serving Size: Makes 6 3/4 Cup Servings
