    2 Cups Quinoa
    1 Can Coconut milk
    3 cups water
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Tsp each of Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg
    2Tbsp Coconut flake (optional)
    1T Honey


soak quinoa in water for about 5 minutes, strain and put quinoa in a pot with the coconut milk and the water. Simmer and add spices and vanilla extract. Top with coconut flakes and honey
