Ingredients

    1/4 cup of mayo light
    1/4 cup of greek yogurt plain (I used Yoplait)
    1 can of chicken (I used the costco can 12.5 oz) shred w fork
    1/4 cup of sliced almonds
    add any of these: cut up grapes, mandarin oranges, celery, grilled pineapple.
    Season with any of these:Lemon Pepper, salt & pepper, curry

    I doubled the recipe for my family
