Ingredients

    Cauliflower florets , 250 grams
    Oyster mushrooms, 150 grams
    Creamy Swiss Cheese, 2 wedges
    Cheddar Cheese (Kraft Eden) 60 grams
    garlic, 3 cloves
    Oil, 2 Tablespoons
    herbs, 1 teaspoon

    adjust content of cheeses to suit taste

Directions

sautee garlic in oil and herbs, add mushrooms then cauliflower, add about half a cup of water just to steam a little, add the creamy cheese wedges, stir in until melted, cover untilcauliflower is cooked, top with cheddar then cover. serve warm or room temperature.
