Ingredients

1 can Tuna (425g), drained
3 cups cooked pasta
50 grams unsalted butter
50 grams corn kernels
2 tbsp (31 grams) plain white flour
0.25 cup spring onion
0.25 cup shredded low fat cheese
130 grams low fat cheese (in addition to the above)
2 cups full cream milk
Directions
Prior to all other steps, cook pasta as directed on the packet.
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan forced).
2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
3. Add flour and mix until combined (approx 1 minute).
4. Remove from heat and gradually add milk until combined.
5. Return to heat and cook, stirring continuously, for 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens.
6. Stir in 0.25 cup of cheese.
7. Add to pasta and stir through.
8. Add tuna, spring onion and corn and stir through.
9. Sprinkle with 130g cheese.
10. Cook in oven for approx 15 minutes or until cheese has started to turn golden brown.
