Ingredients

    2 (1 oz) pkg Jell-o Instant sugar free, fat free Pistachio pudding mix
    1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits in own juice, juice included
    1 (16 oz) 2% cottage cheese

Directions

Mix pudding mix into canned pineapple, juice included, until blended and dissolved. Mix in cottage cheese. Refrigerate until set. Makes about 6 generous servings.
