Introduction

Mix Lean Turkey and Lean Beef for the flavor of a "real" burger without all of the fat. Mix Lean Turkey and Lean Beef for the flavor of a "real" burger without all of the fat.

Ingredients

    1lb Lean Ground Beef
    1lb Lean Ground Turkey
    6 Hamburger Buns

Directions

Combine Ground Beef and Ground Turkey in a bowl.
Divide mixture in half, and then divide each section into 3 patties to make SIX hamburger patties.
Season patties with your choice of seasoning. (I use Lawry's Seasoning Salt)

Skillet or Grill: Turn heat to HIGH. When hot, cook burgers for about a minute on each side until nice and browned. After 1 minute, flip again and then turn heat on medium/medium-low and cover. Cook additional 8 to 10 minutes for well done. Turning half-way through.




Serving Size: 6 Sandwiches.
