Introduction

A blend of sweet and sour all topped with yummy chicken! A blend of sweet and sour all topped with yummy chicken!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups chopped romaine or Spring Mix from the grocery store
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges
    1 Tbsp dried mixed berries
    3 oz. boneless skinless chicken (I use a George Foreman grill but you can just cook it on the stove if you prefer)
    salt and/or pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. Kraft Free Caeser Italian Fat Free Dressing

Directions

Grill the chicken if you have the resources (i.e. grill outside or a George Foreman grill), if not then cook on the stove. Cut into small pieces and put on top of the bed of lettuce. Add oranges, berries and the dressing. Enjoy!
