    2 Eggs
    2 1/2 Lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef
    3 Slices Low Sodium Ezekiel Bread (Thawed In The Microwave) Chopped Into Pieces
    1/4 Cup Fat Free Lactaid Milk
    1/4 Cup Minced Onion


Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl combine eggs, beef, bread that's been chopped into pieces, & minced onion. Once it's mixed add the milk and form a loaf. Spray a 9" square baking dish and place the loaf in it. Cover it with water and bake for 2 hours.
