    Baby Carrots, raw, 1 large sliced
    Zucchini, baby, 1 large sliced
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Sweet potato, 2 cup, cubes
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)sliced.
    Add 105 grms of wild red salmon to the mix and enjoy!


Place all veggies in a microwaveable container with lid .
Microwave on high for 5 minutes .
Alternatively this can also be stirfried.
