quick and easy asian slaw quick and easy asian slaw

    1 small head purple cabbage, sliced for slaw
    1 medium carrot, thinly sliced, bite size
    1 ear of corn, sliced off cob
    1/2 red bell pepper, bit size slices
    2 green onions

    1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    Juice of 1/2 lime
    zest of 1/4 lime
    1 clove garlic, grated
    1 tsp ginger root, grated


enjoy :)


slice and prep veggies, mix together.

mix together dressing ingredients.

toss and refrigerate until ready to eat.
