Introduction

Ingredients

    Cook your chicken in your favorite seasoned water. Cool, then shred into tiny strips. Whip the block of room temperature cream cheese and fold in mayo. Add this mixture to the shredded chicken with toasted almonds, cranraisins, chopped celery, and salt and pepper to taste. If you need more moisture, you can add some of the pineapple juice.

Tips

If you wanted to lower the calories, you could use fat-free cream cheese and non-fat mayonnaise. Variation--use sweetened crushed pineapple.


Directions

Cook the chicken breasts in a seasoned broth. Cool, then shred. Add other ingredients.
