    ½ Pomelo
    20 gm onion Red, sliced
    20 gm English carrot, julienne
    1 no. Fresh Red chili, Chopped
    20 gm iceberg lettuce
    20 gm Spinach, julienne
    10 gm Cherry tomato, halves
    2 no mint leaves
    10 ml lemon juice
    10 ml light soya sauce
    10 gm castor sugar
    50 gm Coleman’s mint sauce

Tips

Very refreshing and healthy salad .


Directions

Directions:
• Holding the fruit over a bowl, remove the membranes and separate and halve the segments.
• Discard the skin.
• Add castor sugar, light soya sauce and lemon juice to the mint sauce to make mint dressing.
• Add pomelo segments, all vegetables and mint dressing to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
• Garnish with cherry tomato and mint leaves.
• Serve the salad cold.
