Introduction

Like Foil wrapped chicken? Vegetarian? This is better. I don't waste time with the foil though, just mix and bake. Like Foil wrapped chicken? Vegetarian? This is better. I don't waste time with the foil though, just mix and bake.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. Seitan
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    SAUCE:
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    8 tps Bragg's liquid amino acid
    1 tbsp. sesame seed oil
    4 oz white or rice wine
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
    3 clove garlic, finely minced

Directions

Add all of the marinade ingredients to the seitan pieces and using your hand, mix everything together thoroughly. Let the seitan marinate for 30 minutes in a baking dish.

Heat oven to 375, bake for an hour, allowing seitan to soak up most of the liquid.

Serve with stir fried veggies and rice if desired.
