Ingredients

    6 oz. cooked, frozen, tail off shrimp
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    6 small black pitted olives, thinly sliced
    1 heaping tablespoon capers
    1/4 c white wine
    2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1 c canned crushed tomatoes
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 oz barilla plus pasta of choice (rotini or penne)

Directions

Rinse and drain shrimp to thaw. heat oil on low, saute garlic 1-2 minutes. Add olives, capers, wine, and cook on med heat til liquid evaporates. Add tomatoes, and cook partially covered 10-12 min. Add shrimp, cook 2-3 minutes. Add pasta, basil, and red pepper flakes, stir to heat through, and serve.
