Ingredients

    1/4 C Steel Cut Oat
    1/4 C Raisins
    1/4 C Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/8 C Chopped Walnuts
    1 t Ground Cinnamon
    1 C Water

    Mix all ingredients in small crockpot and simmer on low overnight. Can be serve with Vanilla Alomond Milk.
