    Ingredients:

    Olive Oil, 3.5 tbsp(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large(remove)
    brown rice (1 cup cooked), 3 serving(remove)
*White Rice, medium grain, 0.3 cup(remove)

Tips

If you let the saffron sit in the water, the color will be more intense. I am surprised the amount of fat it has given that I didn't really fry the rice. I gives me pause before I will ever eat fried rice in a restaurant!

Directions

Make the rice according to directions add saffron to the water. Add the peas. Move the rice to the side. Then add the oil scramble the eggs mix with the rice and serve.
