Ingredients

    2 8oz bricks fat free cream cheese
    2/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
    4 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
    2 cups parmesan cheese
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans artichoke hearts

Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 350º until warm and bubbly. Enjoy!

    This recipe looks so easy...I read it and thought, "That's it?" I think I'm the only one in my fam who likes artichokes, so will have to keep that in mind. Can this be made ahead of time and frozen? - 2/17/09

    I cut the recipe in half and used 8oz ff cream cheese, 1/3 cup light mayo, 2 tbsp ff sour cream, 1/2 cup grated parm, 1/2 cup kraft 2% 3 Cheese Blend, 1 clove garlic, and 8 rinsed then shredded canned artichoke hearts. It made 6 serv @ 170cal, 7g fat/each. It was easy to divvy out equal servings! :) - 1/31/09
