Ingredients

1 Pack Sugar Free Lemon Jello Mix
2 Packages Dream Whip Topping Mix
2 Cup Ice Water
1 8oz package Neufchatel 1/3 calories Cream Cheese (room temp.)
1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 Tbsp Splenda no calorie Sweetener for baking
Tips
Add Slices strawberries sprinkled with Splenda for a little extra flavor.
Directions
1) In a small mixing bowl combine the Graham Cracker Crumbs and the Splenda and set aside.
2) In a Large mixing bowl mix the Dream Whip and ice water with hand or stand mixer until nice peaks form.
3) Add Lemon Jello Mix and whip 30 seconds. then add Neufchatel and mix 1 minute. (it's best to cut Neufchatel into small cubes before adding)
4) Take a large serving bowl and sprinkle 1/3 of Graham Cracker Mixture in bottom of bowl.
5) Add 1/2 of the Cheesecake fluff into Same Large Serving bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2of the remaining Graham Cracker mix, then the rest of the Cheesecake fluff and top with remaining Graham Cracker Crumbs. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
