Ingredients

    1 C Stee Cut Oats
    1 Scoop Vanilla Protien
    1 C Almond/Coconut Milk Unsweetened
    3 C Water
    1/2 C Applesauce, Unsweetened
    40 drops liquid Stevia
    1 Tbs Cinnamon (use more or less depending on taste)
    1 tsp Apple Pie Spice (use more or less dep on taste)

Tips

Can add more liquid if you like a soupier oatmeal. I like mine thick and sort of pastey. Can add Plumazins (like rasins but made from plums so much less sugar), diced apple (before or after cooking - so good) or nuts.


Directions

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Stir in all ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. Wake up and ENJOY the smell of your house and the taste of your breakfast!!
