Great for baking oily fish. Great for baking oily fish.
Number of Servings: 3


    2oz fresh Coriander (Cilantro)
    1 teaspoon ground Turmeric
    2 cloves of Garlic
    1 Shallot, chopped
    0.5 chopped Chilli pepper
    1 tablespoon Thai Fish sauce
    1 tablespoon Lime juice
    0.5 tablespoon Olive oil, lemon infused
    1 tablespoon creamed Coconut


Blend all the ingredients together. Marinate oily fish for 1 hour. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 20-30 minutes .

Serving Size: makes 2 - 3 servings
