Ingredients

    2 oz spaghetti
    1 tbsp Wegmans Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter (can substitute smooth if desired; adjust nutrition as necessary)
    1 tbsp Wegmans Asian Classics Teriyaki Sauce
    Wegmans Food You Feel Good About Stir Fry, Far East
    5 g Sriracha Hot Sauce
    1 green onion, chopped

Tips

Stir the peanut butter/teriyaki mixture with the pasta when it's still warm, just before adding veggies; this may require a few minutes of constant stirring to completely coat the pasta. Don't give up, it's worth it!


Directions

Cook the pasta according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, steam or saute (in a few tablespoons of vegetable broth) the stir fry veggies. Microwave the peanut butter for a few seconds so that it becomes warm and runny, and mix with the teriyaki sauce. Toss pasta, vegetables and peanut butter together until well combined. Add sliced green onion on top, and drizzle with hot sauce. Enjoy!
