Ingredients

    8 oz fat free yogurt
    1.25 cups chopped zucchini/ or cucumber
    1/4 onion chopped finely
    1/2 Tbsp cilantro
    1/2 oz lemon juice
    1 Tsp garam Masala
    2 -3 Scallions finely sliced
    1/2 jalapeno pepper ,seeded and chopped fine.

Directions

Mix garam masala (if using) and cilantro into yogurt add salt to your liking, chop the vegetables fine.
mix half the cucumber and onion into yogurt ,pulse once or twice in blender.
in serving bowl add remainder of veggies and the blended yogurt mix . chill and serve.
Serving Size: makes 7 servings at 2 oz
