Ingredients

Dressing:
1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
the juice of one lemon (about 1/8-1/4 cup)
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
dash salt
Salad:
1 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 tbsp dried prunes, chopped
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Tips
This salad is great because it only needs to chill one hour before serving, however, if you have the time, make this salad the night before and allow to chill overnight. It really makes a difference!
Directions
In small bowl whisk yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, pepper flake, and salt until very well incorporated. Set aside.
In medium bowl combine chopped broccoli, onion, prunes, and almonds. Toss with dressing and refridgerate at least 1 hour.
