Introduction

Ingredients

    5-8 Fresh Chopped Strawberries
    1 Chopped Banana
    A handful of Fresh Spinach
    1 Can of all natural Dole Pineapple Juice
    1 Handful of fresh Blueberries
    1-2 Large Spoonfuls of Greek Yogurt

    (Optional)
    1-2 Tablespoons of Honey
    1 Cup of Vanilla Soy Milk

Tips

Don't skip the spinach! You can' taste it and it adds so much iron to the smoothie!


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. You may want to add ice or put it in the fridge for a bit if you want it cooler.

Serving Size: Makes a large cup...could serve two
