Tips

My husbands mom has 5 kids and cuts the chicken into small pieces to stretch the meal.Add paprika to egg wash for extra flavor. You can cut up the chicken and soak it in buttermilk overnight for a little more flavor as well.


Directions

cut chicken into 2-3 bite pieces. soak in egg wash. combine panko & parm. dredge chicken in panko mix. fry until just golden on each side. put on baking rack in oven . bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
