Taco Soup with a twist -- it's vegetarian! Taco Soup with a twist -- it's vegetarian!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 4oz can green chiles
    1 8oz can tomatoes with juice
    1.5 cups soyburger
    1 8oz can whole kernel corn
    2 tbsp taco seasoning
    6 cups water

Directions

In a large soup pot, bring 6 cups of water to boil. Add all ingredients except sour cream and cheese and return to boil then reduce heat to medium.

Allow to boil on medium heat for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream and cheese as desired.

Makes 6 servings.
