Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 7 medium
    Blueberries, fresh, 30 berries
Carrots, raw, 6 small (5-1/2" long)
Pears, fresh, 1 pear, large (approx 2 per lb)
Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)

Directions

We juiced the carrots, pear, and celery. then placed a small amount of juice into the blender with spinach, strawberries, and blueberries. Add ice for a chilled treat. We both likes blending the soft ingredients so that we could also get the benefit of the fiber. This was a delicious breakfast and now we are both bursting with energy! We used the pulp from the juicer in my daughter's veggie garden.
