Ingredients

    4 (#10) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    4 (#10) cans kidney beans, drained
    4 (#10) cans Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
    12 green bell pepper, chopped
    12 red peppers, chopped
    16 # frozen corn
    12 1/2 red onion, chopped
    12 cups salad oil
    12 cups apple cider vinegar
    2 T. Lime Pepper seasoning
    1.5 cup lemon juice
    3 cups sugar

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine beans, bell peppers, frozen corn, and red onion 2. In a small bowl, whisk together salad oil, apple cider vinegar, lime pepper seasoning, lemon juice, sugar. 3. Pour salad oil dressing over vegetables: mix well. Chill thoroughly, and serve cold. Better if made the day before.
