Ingredients

    1 pound Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    2 15 oz. cans of Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 package Taco Seasoning
    1 package Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
    1 15 oz can of Yellow Corn
    2 10 oz. cans of Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes
    Optional: Reduced Fat Sour Cream and Cilantro

Directions

Makes approximately 8 one cup servings
Brown turkey meat and add taco and ranch seasonings.
After browning, put in crockpot with all other ingredients and let it cook for a couple of hours.
Serve with reduced fat sour cream and cilantro.
