Ingredients

    1 cup plain notfat Greek yogurt
    4 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)
    1 cucumber
    2 roma tomatos
    4 baby carrots
    One fresh banana pepper
    6 fresh basil leaves,
    1/8 cup fresh cilantro
    1 fresh cinnamon basil leaf
    (optional) 8 oz grilled chicken Breast*

Calorie count without chicken breast. (199 per serv)
Calorie count with chicken breast. (272 per serv)
add 2 oz chicken breast to your diet plan entry it you use chicken.

Directions

- Prepare 4 cups of cooked macaroni
- dice cucumber
- dice tomatos
- chop carrots banana pepper, basil, cilantro and cinnamon basil in food processor (or Vitamix!)
- Mix all ingrediants in a bowl, stir in greek yogurt.

Chill and serve.
Can add grilled chicken breast for an main course meal.
