    2 cups mushrooms, sliced
    2 cups onion, chopped
    4 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
    1 can beef broth

Tips

Serve over rice or noodles if desired. Or, if doing low-carb, eat a hot bowl all on it's own! If you have Hungarian paprika, it makes a lovely addition to the flavor of this dish

Directions

1. Brown ground meat, and set aside.

2. Melt butter in a medium pan, and brown mushrooms and onion.

3. Add the flour, mix well, and cook for 1 minute.
