Ingredients

    3 stalks asparagus, cooked or blanched.
    1 stalk celery, medium
    1-2 TBSP capers
    2 pieces artichoke from jarred in oil.
    1/2 green or coloured pepper.
    1/3 small red onion
    3 TBSP parsley
    1/3 C Feta
    1/3 Cucumber, cut up
    salt, pepper
    Greek Salad dressing to taste (Or EVOO).


Tips

Feel free to add tomatoes, or even a bit of jarred garlic!


Directions

Mix together and let stand a little in the fridge.
