Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef, browned & drained
    4 slices bacon, fried, grease drained (reserve 1 tbsp)
    o2 Tbsp onion, chopped
    1/4 C bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. cauliflower, grated
    8oz. can tomato sauce
    4 oz cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/3 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

Tips

Could top this with sour cream and/or avocado!


Directions

cook bacon. Place on paper towel to drain. Drain all but 1 tbsp grease. Cook ground beef, onion and pepper in grease. add cauliflower. Brown until crisp tender. Combine spices and tomato sauce. Add small amounts of water if too dry. Heat through. Top with cheddar cheese, let melt.
