Ingredients

    1 can no salt added pinto beans
    2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 cup no fat low sodium salsa
    1 c. chopped onions

Directions

Saute onions in pan sprayed with Pam. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and bake in moderate oven about an hour. Serves 4.
