Ingredients

1.5 cups Bisquick Heart Smart mix
    .5 cup nonfat milk

5 slices of Butterball Turkey Bacon

    Pam Cooking spray
    2 Lg Eggs, fresh whole
    3 Lg Egg whites, fresh
    black pepper to taste

Tips

I prepare these on Sunday for the upcoming week and store in sandwich bags for a grab and go breakfast that doesn't blow my diet.

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Combine Bisquick and milk to prepare biscuits according to package directions.

Microwave Turkey Bacon until desired crispness.

Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Reduce oven heat to 300 degrees. Combine eggs and egg whites, then pour into prepared pan, season with black pepper if desired, and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the egg is cooked. Cut into 5 strips across pan (approx 2" wide by 9" long). Fold egg to biscuit size.

Assemble each biscuit with one egg and one strip of bacon. Wrap and store in the refrigerator

When ready to eat, microwave for approx 20 seconds.
