Ingredients

    12 oz. 93% lean ground turkey
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 cup catsup

Directions

Mix all together and form in to four patties. Fry in skillet over medium heat taking care not to burn.
