Introduction

Ingredients

    500g De-boned chicken strips/ Chicken fillets.
    180g Sliced onion (1 medium sized onion).
    50g Red Bell Pepper sliced.
    50g Green Bell Pepper sliced into strips.
    25ml Olive Oil.
    10g Fresh Crushed Garlic.
    75 ml Extra Mild Peri-Peri sauce.
    50 ml White wine.
    125 ml Cream.
    Salt to taste.
    Pepper to taste.

Tips

Serve on cauliflower rice.


Directions

Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic, onions and bell pepper strips. Sauté for 2 minutes •Add the chicken strips and stir fry on High heat to brown chicken •Add the Peri-Peri and stir through. Simmer 1 minute. •Add the white wine and simmer to reduce the liquid. •Add the cream. Stir through, simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
