Ingredients

    Red Curry Paste (1 Tbsp)
    Broccoli, medium, cut into pieces
    Chicken, 300gr
    Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
    2 Carrots, cut into chunks
    Capsicum red, cut into chunks
    1 cup Water
    1 can Coconut Milk (400ml)
    Fish Sauce, 0.5 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Rice, medium grain, 6 cup (cooked)
    Onions, 1 cup, chopped

Directions

Brown onion with spices in oil. Add chicken and brown. Add coconut milk and water, simmer for a few minutes. Add chunky vegetables and cook until tender. Add fish sauce and salt to taste. Serve with rice.
