Directions

Prepare Jiffy Corn Muffin mix as directed on box. Spray mini muffin tray with Pam. Spoon 1 - 1/2 tsp. mix into muffin tins. Cut 1 hot dog into 4 piece. Place one piece into each muffin in center. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 min. Muffin will surround the hot dog. Much healthier than a deep fried corn dog.
