Ingredients

    1 Package 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (19.2 OZ)
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
    2 cans Beef Broth
    2 cans Chicken Broth
    1 Can Hunts Diced Tomatoe (14.5 oz Can)
    2 1/2 cups frozen peas and corn (Succotash)
    1 cup diced potato
    1 cup shredded carrot
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Basil
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Combine Turkey, Onion, and Bell pepper in Large Sauce Pan. Brown meat and cook until Onion is Tender. Drain excess grease and return to heat.

Add the remaining ingrediants. Bring to boil. Cook until Potato is soft. Makes about 12 1 Cup Servings.

  • This was very good. I ommitted the succatash and used frozen green beans and corn instead. Replaced the worcestershire with Tastefully Simple Merlot sauce. Also used a pinch of Tastefully Simple's all natural seasoning salt instead of the basil. ummm Good!!! - 2/4/08
