Ingredients

    2 5oz. cans of white meat chicken
    2 Tbsp. Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    10-15 grapes, halved
    1 Tbsp. dill pickle relish
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. almonds, crushed or slivered
    pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

Serve with crackers, on bread, or on a low carb wheat wrap, depending on your preference.
