    24 oz skinnless,boneless chicken breast
    3 Tbls Greek Yogurt
    1 Tbls Fresh Basil
    1 Tbls Fresh Rosemary
    1 Tbls Fresh Sage
    1 Tbls Fresh Parsly
    1 Tbls Fresh Oregano
    1 clove minced garlic
    Juic from 1/2 lime
    1tsp Pepper


Finely chop the herbs.


Mix yogurt, herbs , garlic, pepper and lime juice in a bowl.
rub each chicken breast with the mixture on both sides, make sure that the chicken is thickly coated. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hr.

Serving Size: Makes four 6 oz servings
