Ingredients

    3 cups whole raw cranberries
    3 cups flour
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1.5 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon cloves
    2 cans pumpkin puree
    10 tablespoons applesauce
    2 teaspoons orange zest
    6 tablespoons water
    couple shakes of pumpkin pie spice as desired

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and wet separately, then combine. Add cranberries. Stir as little as possible to retain fluffiness. Put in medium large muffin pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 375.
