Ingredients

    1.75 C. flour
    1/2 C. butter
    1/2 C. unsweet applesauce
    1/2 c. cocoa powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    4 eggs
    1 c. whitewheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

melt the butter and mix all ingredients in order given. bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min. in a 13x9 inch pan.
