Ingredients

    tortilla
    cheese
    beans
    corn
    onion
    jalapeno

Directions

combine onions and jalapeno and oil and saute until soft
rinse and drain beans, then add
add beer
cook down for 5 minutes until liquid is mostly gone
add corn and then remove from heat
layer tortillas - beans - cheese in a pie dish or springform pan
cook in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes
