Ingredients

1 - 3 to 4 oz Lamb chop
2 - Yukon gold potatoes cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 white onion sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen green beans
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon ground Tumeric
1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
1 teaspoon dried Tyme
Tips
After the first 15 minutes the potatoes can be put under the broiler to brown the edges if desired.
Directions
Wash the potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Slice the onion into long strips
Add the onions and potatoes to a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, salt, Tumeric, Rosemary and pepper and toss to coat.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and put into a 375 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes or until fork tender. Add the blanched green beans to the baking sheet for the last 10 - 15 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking season the lamb chop with salt, pepper and tyme on both sides.
Grill the lamb chop over high flame for 3 - 5 minutes per side or done to your liking.
Serve with a sweet Reisling or a lager beer.
