Introduction
Mix Oats, wheat germ, flax seed, walnuts, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl whisk sugar free syrup, splenda, mollasses, oil, vanill and egg white. Add to oat mixture until well coated. Bake at 250o for 30 minutes, stir and bake 30 minutes more. remove from over and mix in cranberries. Cool and store in air tight container. 2.5 cups chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
6 tbs sugar free syrup
1 cup splenda
2 tbs canola oil
2 tsps molasses
2 tsps vanilla
2 large egg whites.
3 cups dried fruit
Tips
Other dried fruit or nuts can be added.
Directions
Bake 250o for one hour, turning half way through
