    3 Tortillas
    3 Egg whites
    3 Eggs
    .25 cup sour cream
    1 Green or red bell pepper diced
    .25 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
    2 oz Chopped speck


Preheat oven to 350.
Mix eggs, egg whites and sour cream. Add peppers, cheese, speck. Place three tortillas in a pie pan. Pour wet mixture over tortillas. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes.
