    Wisk together:
    3/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 C. All Purpose White Flour
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp. Salt

    In a separate bowl, wisk together:
    2 large eggs
    1 C. Lofat Buttermilk
    1/2 C. 1% milk

    Wisk in 2 tsp. honey


Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and gently stir until all the ingredients are moistened. DO NOT OVER STIR. Batter will be lumpy and the lumps will cook out.
Pour individual pancakes onto a non-stick 325 degree hot skillet.
Turn pancakes when the edges are dry and bubbles on the top are beginning to pop.

Serving Size: Makes 9 5-6 inch pancakes
